Delete your account & data
Call Pulse is used by businesses to manage their telecalling teams. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
How to request deletion
- If you are an employee/telecaller: ask your organization's administrator to remove your account from the admin web app (Team → Users), or email us at the address below and we will coordinate with your organization.
- If you are an organization administrator: email us from your registered address to delete your entire organization and all its data.
Email contact@appsymmetrix.com with the subject "Delete my data" and the email/phone number on the account. We verify the request before acting on it.
What gets deleted
Your account profile, synced call logs, call recordings, app-usage records, leads and CRM content, and registered device records associated with your account.
What we may retain
Records we are legally required to keep (e.g. invoices/billing records) and anonymized, non-identifying aggregates. These contain no information that identifies you.
Timeframe
Verified deletion requests are completed within 30 days. Routine backups are purged on their normal rotation.
